Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy 
Training to individuals and businesses

Method

You can choose from two types of mindfulness trainings: 
- Group trainings
- Individual trainings

You can also choose a variant, the General training of a training focused on several areas (so you can be optimally trained). 
- General Variant (insomnia, nervousness, health, addiction, burnout, depression, communication etc.) 
Others:
- Recurrent Depression (intake required)
- Fears (intake required)
- Eating disorders (intake required) 
- Relationships
- Children and adolescents

The general mindfulnessprogram is suitable for everyone, no obstacles or obstructions.
For eight weeks, a meeting of 2,5 hours will take place, where important concepts are discussed and mostly experienced through mindfulness. Mindfulness is a real workout: you learn by doing it yourself and to devolop skills through repetition. The full mindfulness traing costs €250,- (including BTW). You will receive a workbook and CD. 

Conduct training

For eight weeks there will be a meeting of 2,5 hours each week. In groups of min. six people i can give training courses on location (you can pass this in the registration).

Eight sessions
The training consists eight sessions of 2,5 hours and a returnday. 

Material
The course material consists a workbook with information about mindfulness, homework and information about each session. You wil also receive an MP3 file or CD whith guided meditations.

Motivation
It is important that you are motivated to participate in this training and practice with the course material at home.
